WE harvest

We take our time thoroughly cleaning and selecting only the best garlic during harvest. Each bulb is inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before processing.

This part is crucial in all of the steps, this is what creates the beautiful black garlic we all love. To do this we put the garlic in a specialised slow cooker over the course of 9 days so that the natural fermenting process can begin.

Here we take the final product and combine it with our premium olive oil and celtic sea salt.
